DISCOVER NOVABLOC™
AN INVESTIGATIONAL DEVICE FOR POSTOPERATIVE PAIN RELIEF
NOVABLOC™ is a non-opioid investigational technology that is being studied for targeted, long-lasting postoperative pain relief through a novel electrical stimulation paradigm. NOVABLOC™ is an investigational medical device. It has not been authorized by the FDA and is not available for commercial sale in the United States. Safety and effectiveness have not been established.
NOVABLOC™ is currently being investigated in a randomized controlled trial across the US (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT07191067). Pilot studies evaluated NOVABLOC™ for postoperative pain relief following knee replacement surgery. These pilot studies were non-randomized, single-arm investigations, and additional data from the ongoing randomized trial will further clarify NOVABLOC’s clinical performance. It is anticipated that the study may show a reduction in postoperative pain and in opioid use post-procedure.¹
NOVABLOC™
Synaptrix is committed to advancing science in postsurgical pain management through novel neuromodulation technologies. Our goal is to drive future clinical innovation that may reduce opioid use and deliver better perioperative care. Synaptrix aims to expand its NOVABLOC™ technology platform across a range of clinical applications, shaping the future of opioid-free recovery and contributing to a broader transformation in perioperative care.
